Started this 3 weeks ago and am downfrom227 to 215. I am eating meals I can live with and still drink wine and Bac/diet coke. Thnis is the first diet that has a realistic ghance to become a way off life, My goal weight is 185, my wieght for 6 years in the service. Rule out Bread, (bring back whole grain when I get to my goal), pasta(not hard for me), potatoes and white rice. Watch fruits and veggies that have high Glycemic index,ie ones with sugars beets carrots, some tomatoesand corn. Leaves plenty of good veggies. Eat lean cuts of meet, fake eggs and turkey bacon for Breakfast, not bad with grilled onions and mushrooms.
Plenty of whole beans, brockly, green beans, gauliflower, mushrooms plus others. Before I couldn't even stop the weight gain. Now I am on the right track and encouraging me to work out more....Randy
